PROGRAM
Who can apply to Home Fixora?+

Experienced publishers, media buyers, agencies, and owners of call-generating websites who can disclose their traffic sources and pass campaign review.

Which traffic sources are accepted?+

Acceptance is campaign-specific. SEO, paid search, native, paid social, opt-in email, and owned properties are commonly accepted subject to written approval.

Can international affiliates apply?+

Yes. International applicants are welcome. Campaign geography and payout terms are confirmed during onboarding.

PAYOUTS
How does a call become billable?+

A call becomes billable when it satisfies the written campaign requirements — duration, intent, geography, IVR qualification, buyer acceptance, and disposition — and passes reconciliation.

When are payout terms confirmed?+

During onboarding. Payment cadence and settlement terms may depend on campaign, tier, and quality history.

Why might a call or lead be rejected?+

Common reasons include duplicates, out-of-geography callers, no service intent, wrong category, insufficient duration, unapproved traffic, or buyer rejection under the written rules.

TRACKING
Which call-tracking platforms can be used?+

Approved platforms include Ringba, Retreaver, TrackDrive, and Invoca. Configuration is confirmed during onboarding.

Can Home Fixora pass sub-ID and disposition data?+

Yes, on approved setups. Sub-ID passing, UTM capture, and postback URLs are supported where the campaign and platform permit it.

Does Home Fixora provide tracking numbers?+

Number provisioning is supported on approved campaigns. Availability depends on campaign, geography, and buyer configuration.

QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
Can affiliates use sub-affiliates?+

Only with written approval. All sub-affiliates must be disclosed and remain the responsibility of the approved account.

Are AI-generated or coached calls allowed?+

No. Synthetic voice traffic, coached callers, and any manufactured activity are not accepted and can result in suspension.

What happens when traffic violates the standards?+

Depending on severity, outcomes range from a warning or corrective action to paused campaigns, suspension, or termination for fraud.
